Step 1: Start off Simple! 5 sets of 10 reps of Soft Toss is a fun starter. Record your results for each set! 

Step 2: Once you see 70% success rate form Soft Toss, Throw 5 sets of 10 reps of  batting practice or Front Toss. Record your Results!
